Predictor Organizational Citizenship Behavior through the Role of Mediation Organizational Commitment

The article aimed of analyzing the effect perceived organizational support and justice on citizenship behavior through commitment as mediation or intervening. It studied at he Public Sector Institution in Jakarta. population this study were 642 employees Instansi X, consisting Civil Servants (PNS), TNI soldiers, members National Police, ranging from non-echelon to echelon I/equivalent levels. sampling technique used non-probability (purposive sampling). questionnaire was addressed X civil servants III results distributing questionnaires obtained a sample 200 respondents. research method quantitative approach while data analysis descriptive statistical SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with Analysis Moment Structures (AMOS) version 24 program. showed that had positive significant direct commitment. produce contribution development literature regarding mediation/intervening, well adding theoretical contributions predictors emergence government sector which are still rarely found.
